Thank you for shopping at www.linepodu.in - If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

 

Interpretation

 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

 

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

 

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.linepodu.in

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

 

We have check points at all stages of the production cycle - so it's very rare that you will come to that eventuality. So we DO NOT HAVE REFUNDS as part of our policy. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with the product, size or quality you can always return - without any hassles whatsoever. We will ensure we serve you better the next time around.

 

Once we receive it in our warehouse, you can either opt for a store credit or exchange it for another product from www.linepodu.in. Product that are bought from our Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items, except discounted products are eligible for return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color or design variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers should initiate the exchange process WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. Exchange requests exceeding 2 days will not be processed. 

 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

 

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

  • Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

  • You are given the rights to exchange the item once, provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

 

We do not have a pick-up arrangement with any shipping partner. However, you can ship the tshirt/s to us at Furthr, #3, First Floor, 10th Main, Jeevanbhima Nagar Main Road, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560008 and drop an e-mail with the subject "Return" to mailpodu@linepodu.in.
